8X8 progress

I just wanted to show you what I had produced so far for the 'As It Was' story. I have been illustrating the last paragraph, it is the strongest memory held by the twin brother of a young boy who died in a London bus bombing. A lasting memory of them laughing uncontrollably at a joke whilst eating a Rocket ice lolly. I wanted to capture the memory almost in a capsule, the oval shape holds the the past like a photo frame and the characters fall out out of the frame to suggest that they are not held captive in this moment alone.
