First Response to 'The Sognefjord, Norway':

After MANY attempts at collage, I decided that it was often the ones that were simpler that looked more effective. I wanted to break the image down into sections, the sky being the only block of intense colour.

This one is my favourite.

I wanted to provide a collision of textures and keep the composition very simple, and almost abstract. The only block of colour used to describe the sky gives the image the extra depth that it needed for it still to remain as a landscape.
